Metaphysical Bodywork Sessions
Utilizing a combination of techniques that I have been developing since
1990, I will effortlessly and systematically lead you into a deep state
of Alpha . In Alpha
State the
chattering mind begins to slow down and eventually stops completely. At
that point META physical things begin to happen.
The English word "person" comes from the Greek word "persona" which
means "mask". When the "mask" is taken off the individual "person" ceases
to exist and only the metaphysical truth behind it remains.
The mind is the voice of the ego (the "mask"), and as soon as the mind
stops completely the ego disappears. As soon as the UN-natural ego disappears
the Natural State of Being automatically begins
to RE-appear.
In a state of mental silence it is impossible to be any place other
than HERE - any time other than NOW.
During my Metaphysical Bodywork Sessions I
will dramatically aid you in honing your skills of:
- Deep diaphragmatic breathing.
- Proprioceptive channeling
of prana throughout
the body.
- Releasing samskaras.
The above skills will greatly enhance your ability to:
- Enter more and more easily into The
Here and Now.
- Remain for longer and longer periods
in The
Here and Now.
The Here and Now is Where All Healing Occurs
Just imagine that your body is a rubber band that is
held between your two thumbs; and that every time unconscious
mental activity arises, one of the thumbs rotates 360 degrees
such that the rubber band becomes tighter and tighter with each subsequent
unconscious thought. Just imagine what the rubber band (your body) looks
like after even just a few hundred unconscious thoughts — twisted,
gnarled, and knotted. And then imagine an entire lifetime of this process.
How can the Prana (universal life
force) flow freely through such a contorted vessel? It Can't,
and the points of blockage are the points at which DIS-ease begins to
arise.
The moment we enter deeply into the Here
and Now the
reverse process begins to occur. The thumbs rotate in the opposite direction
and the tension begins to DE-crease.
Eventually, through mastery, we return to a place of Yoga (a
perfectly balanced, tensionless state), where we are always "at ease" and
we no longer create any new tensions. This point is what is referred to
in the east as a state of "full liberation."
